I have not given them hell I mearly state my annoyances with them they are still my fave brand. I buy & sell many phones & try different brands but always end up back with  That speaks volumes although yes sometimes it's a love hate thing. I am fussy & sometimes just cannot decide what to stick with. I always liked the x8 & now I got the white x10 I really want to stay with these two handsets.

I think he can avoid the shops alright but it's this forum that worrys me

I hate choosing phones in shops on my last upgrade
I was in the Voda shop for well over a hour

It is & I have not had any problems either for a nice refreshing change  Except the only thing I find sometimes with the x10 is a little lag & slow texting. Sometimes the texting slows up I am not sure why

Yes well it was already installed when I got it which was nice. I think although I love the x10 it does suffer some lag unfortunately no matter what you do.

Yeah the lag is not really bad it's just sometimes when doing certain things even with hardly anything running But I still love it & love it more over the black ones I had before. Never used to like some white phones cos they looked cheap & toy like but when it comes to designs the x10 & x8 both look great in white although I got the black x8 this time as the white was out of stock.

IMO if you got the both in white then after few days, both become little bit ordinary but one is black and one is white; is a good combination.
