It stands for Firmware Over The Air.
It'll update your phone to latest FW without a PC. On 'dumb'phones it's in Settings > General > Software.

I'm 100% sure that won't happen, they can't even update the X10, they don't give a damn about adding new functions to "old" phones, that they can't sell again. And they don't care about petitions. |

Maybe Satio is too old...it's 2009 phone.
But Vivaz is 2010.
They gonna upgrade their X10 to Eclair aren't they?

Don't count on it, They released 3 firmwares for the Satio and 3 for the Vivaz so consider support for the Vivaz finished! |

1 firmware came within unit
2 firmware release 2 months later
3 firmware almost 6 months since available
and that's finished  done with your premium handset

Ok forget about symb 3, but only 3 updates?
Did they say that they gonna support the phone till 2 years after its release?
Because Vivaz HD recording is far from perfect, it gets stuttering easily.
Even with the latest update....... |

Thanks! i found it. Under "add effect" ( add effect???) there is a comand for rotate. |

Hey, peoples! I'm late here. I have a debranded US AT&T Vivaz (to generic U5a Argentina R2CA024). I want to get the latest firmware. Is the R2EA023 firmware compatible with my USA phone? I'm having trouble finding info on this. SEUS says I have the latest, but I read here that you can use the "Phone Repair" option in PC Suite to make it upgrade to the latest. Thanks! |

R2EA023 is a major release and is compatible with all vivaz. Than English language is contained in all variant of the firmware. |
