I've tried to contact as many of the other victims shown on this page CLICK ME until eBay locked my account.

The last one I sent was to 9202stephanie.

Could some others lend a hand to contacting these people, we're reaching a critical mass here!!

Basically, click on their eBay account name, then click, contact member and paste this message to them: -

I saw you had 'bought' some tickets off lion*heart*

Many people have had a problem, details can be found here: -

It's probably best to post who you've contacted here, so we don't spam them into oblivion!

I can't believe this nasty piece of s*it. She is still affecting many people. We all need to stick together on this one and even if we all get refunded we must make sure that she is dealt with by the police and not let them give up so easily on trying to find her, still havent told my 8yr old yet what exactly has happened she still thinks she's going , every time she sees take that on the tv she is so excited poor little thing am trying to find some more tickets to buy for her. If your reading DEBBIE ANNE SHEPHERD or whatever your name is apart from liar*hearted*bitch you wont get away with this.

Hi guys

Just to let you know, although I was lucky and managed to claim back trough pay pal I have rang the police to add weight to the case.

They said that regardless of whether you have managed to claim back every complaint adds weight to the case, so I would urge anyone else reading this who did get money back to do the same.

An officer is going to call me back this afternoon.

If it helps other people get theirs back and this bitch get whats coming to her then it's worth it.

I rang the bank today and they said i need to write to them with as much detail as possible and i should get my money back but it may take about 8 weeks. So that is abit of good news. Anyone whp paid with credit card please contact your bank you should get it back. I paid in 5th June which was ages away, think you must get 6 months.

Paypal aren't that good.
Both buyer and seller's have many disadvantages.
Paypal is just useless in case of handling chargebacks and in buyer's case never is favorable to the buyer(most of the times)

I disagree with this.....
I will agree that there first reaction is that you are out of time, but...
In cases like this, if everyone keeps contacting PayPal, do a requst for refund every day. Its all on the amount of complaints.
Eventually PayPal will suspend the sellers account, then you need to keep requesting refunds and they will pay up.

Keep doing requests for refunds....

Do contact your CC company and ask for a refund....

You Will Get It.

Then be more careful who you buy off, get contact info, if you can get a landline, you are more than likly going to be OK. If someone is offering cheap tickets (or rather less than the going rate) and they have lots, and you have to wait more than 28days for delivery, just dont buy....

In relation to JAMES P ROBINSON who is mentioned in a post by EBAY TVSIDS if you Google him you can come up with someone who posts reviews on computer games under the pseudonym "cradleofjames". If you search ebay members you will find "cradleofjames" as a customer of lion*heart* with some rather glowing feedback.

Re getting money back I think your best chance is to contact the disputes dept for your respective credit card company informing them that you have paid for goods by card that you have not received.

Excellent detective work - I new there was a bloke behind it.
If anyone else out there can put another part of the jigsaw together then name

JAMES P ROBINSON or ANN SHEPHERD
the places
Chigwell - Limes Farm - Harlow

I think we will get him.

********

Just to throw another thing into the melting pot, can anyone link the above with ebay user lady-ticket aka Thomas Phelan (he has been picked up for a scam with a lot of simular trates).

Hi Guys,

I'm the latest victim of "Debbie Ann Shepherd". Bought Take That tickets for Glasgow for what I thought was quite a decent price of £165! Should have known it was too good to be true. Only found this forum after I reported it to my local police station yesterday, wish I had known all of this beforehand. Anyway they said Hull police will contact me tomorrow.

Same situation with me in that paypal have said they can't do anything and didn't use my credit card so can't claim that. Although now i see that paypal can actually do something about it until 180 days, I will definitely pester them again!

Any help that you guys could give would be great!

It depends how much you want to find them.

you could use 192.com (it costs) to search for the birth certificate of James P Robinson with the birthday of 18th October (it's on the amazon review)

that would give his parents name and if you want for a small fee a copy of his birth certificate

then you can search for them on the electoral roll

find their phone number

give them a call

explain how you went to school with 'Jimmy' and you're back in the area for a few days and how you'd love to make a surprise visit!
