goldenface,yes my thoughts were the same but whitepaper says these though.
i havent seen much videos of 990 though,some are there at bengalboy's.

I know, I hate conflicting information.
If I would have splashed out on a P990i, expecting full screen 30fps recording and playback only to find out it hadn't, I wouldn't be happy at all.
Anyway, there should be some new Cybershot handsets announced soon - hopefully before christmas.

The P990 camera can capture video with a maximal resolution of 320x240 pixels at 15 fps
Not sure but I think thats QVGA. And it should be the same res as the w900. There are samples in the GSM arena reivew.
I hope th next Cybershot phone at least incorporates as good video as the w900.
