Or should i say 'either i return the phone, or you refund me the money .. it would be easier for both of us if you could refund' ..

Just say they should include you in theire new deal since yours is a weekl old...
Within that sort of time frame you can cancel any existinfg contracts...
standard times vary but a week is minimum for any decent company....
Hopefully you got it from a reputable company, if not your buggered...

Return it and as soon as you got your money back go for the beter deal...
