Well, the o2 online store now has the W800 in stock.

Just a wee tip, its listed at £29.99 on a new contract on the website (on any tariff, i believe).

If you go to http://shop.o2.co.uk/student and order the phone through that method, the phone costs £4.99 on any tariff!

Saves the pennies!

Hmm.

Is there away to upgrade to the w800? Although I dont actually have the k700 anymore.

They wouldnt want it back if I upgraded right?

So are the rumours about the camera being worse on the W800 true? Cos W800 is tempting with the nice 512 mem card >.< but i'd rather have a nicer camera...

check the "post pictures taken with your w800" thread for comparison.

Tell o2 when you call regarding an upgrade that you can get the phone for free in phones4u. I did that in the store and they gave me the phone for nothing !

Just rang the 02 upgrade line.

My contract expires in October so I can upgrade at the end of September.

However she said that if I ring back at the end of the week and pay a months bill (£20) they will send me the handset out, but before then they arent offering it as a upgrade.
