*Very realistic* 512 GB is bigger than my notebook hard drive
He wrote 512Gb nit 512GB ( note the B & b )
512Gb is 64GB, so is your notebook have 64GB ?
it's one of two
1- too old
2- have SSD
any way, I think at this time 64GB is too much, 16GB - 32GB is the high-end for at least 2-3 years

This example shows how to hide a file from being accessible from the Media UI using JSR 75, PDA Optional Packages for the J2ME Platform.

This directory will not be searched for media files by the Media UI and is not accessible via the File manager on the phone. Upgrading the MIDlet does not change the directory and when uninstalling the MIDlet this directory is automatically removed thus keeping the file system clean of any files created by non existing MIDlets.
Attached is an example of a file browser that can move files to and from this directory.
Very interesting. Wonder if will use this to hide some files by default to speed up the Media UI when using LARGE M2 cards.

SDN - JavaOne - Sony Ericsson
SDN Channel interviews Christopher David of Sony Ericsson on the show floor at JavaOne 2008
SE has 14 Java-MSA fullset devices - a HUGE bonus to Java coders. Consistency in chosen API's.
Look at the JP-8 feature of the K850i controlling the classic SE car! I want one NOW, hehe.

Yes 512 MB, sorry, thanks for all the moaning and winging you bunch of nerds. The whole point was to get an idea of the overall spec.
BUT NOTE I AM NOT A MAGICAL SE LEPRECHAUN ABLE TO GIVE YOU THE FINAL SPEC AT THIS POINT IN TIME- THOSE ARE IMAGINARY ONLY, KAY, SO DONT BLOW THAT OUT OF PROPORTION TOO.
