ares says more UIQ devices but which ones? Paris is one, maybe some of the G series phones and also a Walkman possibly. Anything else?

Beibei of course and model X (see spillikins #1) a music-minded pocket friendly slider, sports aluminium accents, 2 inch touchscreen, only three buttons on its surface.

Well, IMO, the F series will be a line of gaming smartphones (like PSP phones).

2" touchscreen is, hm, neonode-like.
Cool, but not useful.

Do the two depend on each other? I thought it's been said over and over it has AF.

And I agree with NightBlade--I doubt it's Walkman. It screams "G-series" to me.

Here are my (realistic) thoughts on the specs of Paris:

Quadband GSM
HSDPA 3.6mbps, HSUPA
WLAN b/g
aGPS
Slider form factor
QWERTY keyboard
Stylus
D-Pad
Battery life: same or better than the P1: 10 hrs talk time, 440 hrs standby (GSM)
Memory: 512 MB Internal memory + m2 slot (up to 8GB)

Camera:
5 mp
auto focus/ touch focus
VGA recording at 30fps
Carl Zeiss lenses (apparently)
lens cover
Photo light (hoping for photoflash!)

Software:
UIQ 3.3
TrackID
Xpict story
Megabass
Playnow
Google Maps
UI- Similar to G900, minor improvements + obvious enhancements that come with UIQ 3.3 (Opera 9.5, Quickoffice latest version, for example)
Flash Lite 3 / Java Fullset (Possibly Capuchin)
business card scanner

Screen:
2.8"
VGA
262,144 colours
Touch-screen

In general, its everything the P1 is + the 'confirmed' specs.

I think these specs are realistic, and to me, pretty perfect. There are only a couple of extra things Id like to see added in (but I know its just asking for too much) namely: more memory, autorotate, optical zoom, jog dial, and xenon flash). But still, WOW!!!

(Oh and Mizz, in addition to the phones you pointed out which Paris bears resemblance to, it also uses the same/similar colour scheme and materials (glossy black plastic, silvered plastic combo) as the K850 )

(I meant MB for the memory, my bad lol)

after quite a long time , i got a p1i and i was appalled to see that the outlook sync creating troubles like duplicates and not updating some data

I think SE should put some dedicated effort to solve the issue PC Suite...
SE pc suite is so crappy. Nokia PC suite is perfect and the automatics sync worked more than perfect and bluetooth is too good....

I was looking forward to get a p5 ( when released ) but if SE is not going to sort the pcsite issue i cannot spend a fortune on this handset
