@boyetraul - I think - rosewhite is from Germany dude, it will cost you a fortune buying items abroad . . . I mean the courier thing and all (minus the price of the handset . . . .) !

It depends on where you are from. There are significant regional differences. Here in middle Europe (Germany) you'd have to pay about 30 to 40 Euro for a one in used but mint condition. If you'd want a new and unused phone including box and papers you should reckon with up to 70 or 80 Euro.

Thanks to tiger I've got some new phones in my collection. The GH218 and the GO118 needed some restauration since they came in a used and quite poor condition. Ususally the GH218 should have a matt display glass but all I could do was sanding out the scratches and polishing it to high gloss. Or does anybody know a good idea how to restore the matt finish?

GH218, GO118 and Esther are working fine. Yesterday I've been using the GH218 out on the streets to amuse people.
The AH238 seems to be alright. It switches on and all menu functions work properly. Calling tests are not possible since the phone works on AMPS, an american network. Think it should be alright.
The satellite proto isn't working. It's only a design study with a dummy antenna and a board where someone had to cut off a piece to free some space for the huge antenna socket. I will try to mount a working board inside so I can maybe use it on GSM900. I did this with tiger's sharkfin-T68 and it worked. This phone deserves the same chance

Btw: Tiger told me that the former owner of the T20 Esther also selled a matching cover to the orange flip. If someone here knows anything about this cover or its actual owner, please inform me.

I acquired a Ericson DT570 recently. This seems to be a DECT only handset. It powers up nicely but I dont know how to connect it to my Siemens DECT base station.
Does any of you Ericsson pros know how to do it? Can it be done at all?

@floke:
connecting a Ericsson DECT phone to a Siemens station drove almost everyone to despair. I have tried it and I failed but I have heard from others who succeed.
The problem is that Ericsson uses the real DECT/GAP standard where you have to pair the phone and station with a PARK code. Siemens stations don't have this code and connect only with a internal unit number (like INT01, INT02, ...). As I was told you have to follow this way to connect your Ericsson phone to the Siemens Station:
- Set the station in connecting mode
- Go through the connecting menu of your phone
- When asked, leave the PARK code blank
- When asked for a name of the connection, name it exactly like the Siemens station would number it (INTXX).
Good luck, r0sewhite
