I still have patience with it, and I don't have too much problem with my k850, but as early as december I will buy a new phone - C905.
But it's really fun to think that the K850i was just a stepping stone, enable for SE to create a greater phone. K850i is just a sacrficial suicide for SE... |

I don't understand why any company would do this.
They've lost many customers by doing so..
(i'll certainly consider other brands after my k850, while before SE would be 1st choice) |

Geez SE was very late in releasing a new FW because of the phones they have announced in last December and now that they have announced 5 new phones....
We can dream on for a R3!

yes...w900 is a decent phone that didnt get the attention that it deserve...

There is no guarantee of course but if you look at the images of C905 it has more similarity with the successful k800 than the K850.
C905 has
- no touch sensitive buttons.
- two gaming buttons along the 3g cam
- no automatic lens cover
- xenon looks more like a k800 xenon than k850.
- no mirror like surface that attracts smudges and fingerprints
it's just a hunch really

from 9% to 7% market share

All I want from SE now is the R3 firmware, for the face detection and new menus. Currently k850i is running great for me. =D |
