@mckvakk: I guess you're out of luck because all (perhaps not phones from the 80s) phones use multilayer pcbs. You would need the PCB design database if you want to follow a signal. I assume thats what you want to do?
Perhaps you can find some overview block schematic. I found a schematic of the t68m.

i have a couple service manuals, which have these kind of things! but its only se! i have t230, t630, z200 and z600 and also a w550 shematics and PCB! if you need those, mail me.

Does anyone know if dt360 or dt368 old Ericsson dect phones work with a dect home phone set from another manufacturer like Siemens?
