What firmware are you using? Since you brought up the issue of dust maybe you could get a can of compressed air and give the phone some light blasting. Or maybe mess around with the settings especially "ISO" and "AF light".

Anyway, here are some of the more reflective things in my room. Taken with my K850i which basically lives in its little pouch (even when charging.)

Something pink for comparison.

I don't own bluetooth stereo headphones but I can play java games with the media player playing on the speakers with only a slight hit to the framerate.

I'm on R1EA031 BTW.

I have R1EA037. I had the phone for over 7 months now and only one of the first FWs could make good flash pictures. Or maybe it's a hardware fault, I don't know. With R1EA031 I had the same problem, so it's probably something else.

Java + music is OK, but not the same speed. But when using a stereo bluetooth headset, it is very very slow. Maybe because I have more than 3 GB of music.

What are the chances of it being released on SEUS when it's on EMMA? (R1F firmware)

Also any more details? Is the phone fast while playing music?
Does the background disappear when the media player is in landscape?
Any more info?

--> P(fw is on SEUS when on EMMA)=
--> P(SE staff is not drinking coffee)*P(SE staff is not sleeping)*P(fw is worth releasing)
--> P(0.15)*(0.30)*(0.25)= 0.01125
--> P(fw is on SEUS when on EMMA)=1.1%

The phone seems more stable now, no restarts as of yet so I'm gonna wait for a few days and see if it operates normally
