lol! The very one! Quite amusing it is...jack black is funny sometimes, wonder when he did that...reminds me alot of a movie called Kung Pow. If you have not seen it, it is really really stupid, but oh so funny if watched with the right crowd. I have not seen a movie more than i have seen that movie, it is just fun watching people watch it. It is so quotable! I have gone to the movies and come out to find 'chosen one' written on my back window because of that movie, like a permanent joke between my friends and me:) if you ever plan to watch it, you better invite my friend jim. His sisters boyfriend introduced him to it and he would not rest until we saw it:) when we did we spent days weeks months and years quoting it:) dumb is it may be, it is funny:)

@Francois, i think we must've watched Kung Pow at least a zillion times, and still laugh ourselves to a standstill whenever it's on! Mrs.K says she doesn't get it, maar sy's net boring That movie never fails to make me laugh, simply because it's so ridiculous! I love the bit where the baby is rolling down the mountainside and the peasant lady picks him up, holds him for a while then tosses him down the slope on the other side! Hilarious!!
I'm not superstitious, merely mildly stitious.

I was not the one to 'break' the news on this forum ! Because I post like once a week my comments come 'a bit' later than expected. Also take into consideration, I am working into the field and see that as my 'contribution'. And now that you mention 'color' - at the prison facility where my wife works (Patensie) there are over 450 inmates from which exactly 3 are white. (the wardens are jokingly saying : this is a place where affirmative action worked best) Never looked at the whole thing that way - but yes you may have a point there Althou I think social issues are more of a reason then anything als.

I enjoyed Kung Pow.

I rememeber a few years ago (quite a few) when mtn would go off for a couple of days and their subscribers would be left in the dark. Plenty of times I tried to contact my friends and they would have to tell me that mtn was off.

But Mtn have grown a lot since then. And although I dislike some of vodacom's practices, I like being their customer. I know quite few people that have moved from mtn/cell c to voda. But I only know people on voda that switched packages.

Great to see that SE received most of the plaudits at the Mobile Choice Awards.

I feel its comparable to women not being allowed to study and then being told they weren't as smart as men.

More Kung Pow fans! I am not alone!lol! "You go that way, I go home..."

I discovered a great site this week or last week. I have told you guys about Mystery Science Theater 3000...Well, if you have not seen any, go look for "MST3K shorts" on youtube.com or Google Video, and enjoy...Make sure bandwidth is not expensive though.... Well, anyway, for these shorts they use all these old 50s films about different topic, things like "Are you popular?" or "A date with the Family", "Are you ready to get married?" or films like "Body Care and Grooming". I found the original unharmed versions of a few of these on www.archive.com in the Prelinger Archives. So if any of you have an interest in old film, the 50's, social dynamics back then, or just want a good giggle, go check it out...well worth it! So which brings us to the important question, Are you popular? If you do not know, that is a golly shame!

I loved MsT3000! I nearly cried when the sci fi channel went off air.

No fair. That stuff was brilliant.

@ siosal, I only recently discovered it: it ran for 11 years, and I can see why! It is so funny! We are lucky that it even got shown in South Africa, since it used to be on Comedy Central. But there is still hope: but for that hope to realize, either you need a friend overseas who is willing to download 140GB, email 40dvds, and be nice about it.

I just got hold of the second season of Battlestar Galactica...I love the work network! Other stuff includes season 2&3 of Stargate Atlantis, House seasons 1&2, 9 episodes from Top Gear 6 (think it was those episodes with funky cars in) , and there are already 30GB worth of anime on, still being copied by a guy behind me, still has a handful of dvds to copy...

LOL! I see there is a little more info about me as well! You make me sound like a rave lunatic or something.....How about something like "Francois is an aspiring all-round musician, playing around with both real and digital composition, edging onto a fusion of the two. He uses his phone in composing and working out some of his song. For now he is working at a IT company..."

Sorry if I sound discontent, but yeah, reputation in our world is everything, and electronic gives a bad impression. Would scare 90% of people who would like my style of music. But then again, I really will try to have my track up and running by tomorrow. But bro, thanks for the addition! I feel wanted!=)

So yeah, we need to get a profile of Brix up and running...what to do, what to do....
