Sony Ericsson sweeps four gongs at this year’s Mobile Choice Consumer Awards with O2 taking the reader voted Best Network award.

Last Thursday the cognoscenti of the mobile industry gathered at Billingsgate Market in London to celebrate the biggest and most prestigious consumer awards ceremony in the country.16 top awards were handed out to the best in mobile from the past year, including Manufacturer of the Year, Readers’ Dream Phone and Network of the Year. Comedian Justin Lee Collins of Channel 4’s The Friday Night Project was the compere for the evening, dishing out the awards to the deserved winners. mobilechoiceuk

I notice that the best selling Manufacturer only has one win and the number 2 (motorola) doesnt win anything. Shows that the best selling isnt always the best.

H m m m . . . and I just sold my K800  thinking that the camera on the K750 IS much better  I hope that with this report, the price of the K800 will NOT go up (again . . .), as it is starting to lessen (price) now at my end

They must have considered both camera and video features for that category. But i think overall K800 beats N93 (form factor and UI considered).

You will notice that although the n93 has better photos (slightly) in specific circumstances, it is also the largest and heaviest phone ever made.

i suppose Nokia has the Carl Zeiss thing going...but yeah...I am sold on SE, and Nokia is not bad, for a paper weight!lol! But seriously, if the shoe fits, wear it. SE fits me.

Strange that Sony cameras have CZ lens'. But no, I'm an SE fan, but even if I wasn't, That phone is way too big to make any sense to me.

K800 is best overall. The N93 wins in only a few circumstances and has 30fps video capture. It aint all bad. You can barely see any difference with the naked eye. |
