Nah Apple fanboys mean nothing to me they are just deluded. I have always had a problem with Apple themselves, having that feeling goes back since owning an Ipod 30gb and could I retrieve my music off it when it was about die? could i f**k! And til this day it is still like that with their recent products, says it all really!
My workplace IT department encourage people to use Android & Windows phone not Apple! The reason why they got it right was when we upgraded from Lotus notes to Outlook and low and behold 2 idiots with iphones, lost all their contacts and calenders! All the android, windows & even blackberry were all backed up automatically but Apple hell no!! I wonder why?? One of the guys came up to me asked why did it do that? I replied well you should of listened to the IT department when choosing a work smartphone you idiot!
To be honest the so called 'intelligent' Apple fanboys, if you want to upset them just mention how much they miss their mentor (jobs) & the fact that Apple are just good at one thing which is really innovative and forward thinking........ Hiring lawyers to do your dirty work!

They'll have a much harder time proving anything against the Galaxy S3.
I don't think they'll get any luck outside of the US with any more cases. The world is finally wising up to Apple's behaviour. Most news agencies are labelling Apple as trying to corner the market. That's bad press and it's more damaging than any court case.

There has been a number of articles out for the past month or two about the use and abuse of patents in the US against competitors. One in the New York Times even spoke of Apple fighting to patent a function which they had been turned down for on several occasion only to be given one evenly which they used in their recent lawsuit against Samsung.
As far as I can see their only successful area will be in the US.

Apple's Bounce Scroll patent is now invalid in the U.S.
According to Fosspatents and other outlets that US Patent office has tentatively invalidated Apples rubber-banding effect patent. That is the bouncy effect one gets when they reach the end of a list when scrolling in IOS products. This was a major part of the case in Apple versus Samsung this past Summer and it might have a large effect on the final outcome of decisions by the presiding judge.
Apple cannot be happy at this time.
