firmware my k850 is R1CA037.but SEUS show update not available.why?pls help me |

hii guys...since today morning m suffering new prblm...my earphone is doent work.. ;-( i chk with service test n it doesnt work.. removed battary, sim n wait.no sucess. ;-(
do u hv anything share wit me...
my firmware is old one..R1CA037
pls help....

Earphone not working = Earphone broken. Not a firmware issue therefore doesn't belong in this thread. |

Earphone not working = Earphone broken. Not a firmware issue therefore doesn't belong in this thread.
hw cm..all of sudden??...btw iv syncronized phn with myphone explorer...may b dat cause to dead....??..i dnt knw y.. |

as was previously mentioned, thats a hardware fault, needs sending to an authorised repair agent or SE themselve, myphoneexplorer just reads data from the phone and can't break it like that.

There is one more posibility that SEUS doesn`t see update for you ... because there is wrong product code ... My friend had it ... He had k850i from SE Shop and he couldn`t make any update with clear unbranded CDA ... He asked in local SE serevice center and they said there is something wrong with product code ... I don`t know any detail ... |

I think there would be no firmware coming this month.
It's because two more cyber-shot phones have to be introduced in the market this month and SE wants them to get exposed. They don't want the old model to interfere with the new ones' entrance.
And I am also starting to doubt R3 firmware...
My eyes are shifting towards XS++... |

A new firmware for w910 has been released some days ago so I don't understand why you tell us that there would be no firmware...
It was just my speculations. But ofcourse I don't want that to happen.
I was just thinking why wasn't it released at the same time when the firmware of other models were released.
Delay tactics perhaps? |

I've got 3 options right:
1. Plug into SEUS update and click updaye anyway
2. Send to SE service center (don't want to do this cause takes to much time)
3. Use KK or daV to reflash
Which one is the best? |

Option 1 is out of the question, as it will not solve Brod, so only option 3.... |
