People are taking a rumour and treating it as gospel and setting themselves up for an inevitable disappointment after which a dark cloud hangs over the thread - like the supposed Z780i announcement and the '1st week of April!' I'm hoping you're right and I'M wrong in this ... but remember that SE expected to take HUGE loss this year due to focusing on emerging markets and new platform development & research. This is just not the best environment to release several UIQ phone models within a calendar year. Again I hope I'm wrong in this.

Not direct...but the hints are all there (UIQ roadmap info, "expanding to mass maket", etc)...then if you choose not believe inside information confirmed by several important sources (Eldar, Eomer, etc), its your choice. Just wait

Ultimately ppl, the longer you wait, the better the device you can end up with. So just wait 'till they announce what they want (Theres no complaining if they've got 7 frikkin' devices lined up!!!) |

The Xperia X1 was unveiled at once without so much picture teasing and flirting like this... That special treatment hints P5 to be much better than Xperia. They better make sure P5 is worth all these opening thrillers....
