@Pop Lover: Its a photoshop. Its in the photoshops thread, posted by the creator himself. Plus it has the X1's optical D-pad thing. SE won't use that exact same design on another phone.

It's the exact same picture, only that I've resized it and enhanced it in terms of colours and sharpness.

Mizzle, its not the same picture, its a very sightly different angle and I believe it may show a slightly different view of the keypad. You can tell by the hand positioning in relation to the D-pad, etc.
