make sure when using KK to flash you tick the Finalization Box, otherwise it will not do anything, i made that mistake but i contacted the guy on there forums and he gave me my credit back and i was able to get my phone working |

Well, got my neighbours sim, and it seemed to work. So i was on the phone to T-Mobile, couldn't find my IMEI 1st, but anyway, just as i was going through the motions and they'd got sending me a new sim, guess what.
My K850, sat on my leg, restarts, again, and again, and again, evetually stuck on blue ring. This was using my old orange sim again, my neighbour did kinda need hers!
So its not the sim card, but i guess i'll be nice getting a new one anyway.
Going to try and re-update again.
I'm just waiting for pay day now, so i can go buy me a P1!

Its a shame... I honestly don't like the K850i....
Maybe look to flash it with a third party software... as lots of people have had positive outcomes from that...

Don't upgrade to the new 037,several people are getting BROD faster than with 031!!! it will be a disaster
Stay with the ''old'' 037 it's still the unique FW BROD free

My new k850i came yesterday (replacement for the old one) everything was Ok The phone was Unbranded and Unlocked but when I pressed the Activity menu button it didnt work,All the other buttons worked ok except this one.
I went back to the service center and they are going to replace it for a new one, 5 days more
The Fimrware Version was R1CA037 (old 037)

not sure try deleting the db folder within SEUS files in your program files (if thats were its installed).
Usually solves alot of problems i have had with it before
