@the-flash: It doesn't. People are just hoping. I think the fact that its 5MP says its auto focus. It would be incredibly stupid not to have it on a 5MP.

RE- Muhammad: That's what everyone said about w890's 3.2 mpx cam.
But p5 is
1. the cream of the crop flagship(according to some)
2. P series - all p-series since the p990 have had autofocus
3. lens cover- I'm not saying it's a rule- but most  's to this day with lens covers had autofocus. Especially all 2mpx+ ones.
4. It's PARIS for crying out loud, the best phone to ever roam and devour on the Earth's surface!(by popular opinion,not saying it's true)

Anyway thanks for that guys. I'm sure it will have A/F but i just wanted to know why people always mention that it has a lens cover when asked about A/F... thought I was missing something |

that phone looks exactly like one of the photoshops made by sealover... no wonder miz and Pk were criticizing his work....but yeah,sealover's photoshops had bigger screen |

Thats not true! I can name a few! F500i, K600i, K608i, V600i...
And yeah true about W890i, but this is a big step up from there. 3.2MP isn't much over 2MP so its logical that they might put one in with no auto focus. But a 5MP is bordering on true digicam range, and so they will advertise it as being a true digicam. And they can't say that if it doesn't have auto focus!

He appeared briefly in the photoshop thread recently (a few weeks back) promising new photoshops, but I haven't seen him since.

Sorry Muhammad - I started watching se after the k750 came out, the v600 never came out in my region and I completely forgot about the k600- I'll edit the post to unbiased grounds

Besides the expected specs, when you look at the picture en try to be objective... the phone isn't half as sexy as the iPhone. It still looks like a brick to me, with a not-so-huge screen...
Maybe the future pics will increase my enthusiasm, cuz I can't wait to throw my P990 against the wall ... |
