I'm a customer of AT&T located in the San Francisco Bay Area, using 3G. TrackID works great for me. Actually, I'm really impressed how often it identifies songs. Earlier today, I was in a fairly noisy coffee shop, and used TrackID. Sure, enough it told me the song name.

Thanks much!! i just tested it using my PC connection with the USB connection mode.. guess what the trackID works perfectly every time..
definitely a t mobile issue..
so yea maybe ima go switch to ATT sooner than i thought.

yep, I tried it - it caused a BROD after few days of working 
BTW. a BROD is when somehow suddenly your K850 begins to think that it was designed to be a flashlight - you can't turn it on, you can't reflash via SEUS - you may only sit down and look at the beautiful blue light in the shape of a ring until your battery gets discharged...

I had this problem. Very VERY irritating. Sent my phone away today and should get a replacement soon.(I hope)
After explaining the problem to the guy on the phone he suggested i "backup all my data from the phone before sending it"!!
How is this is possible if the phone doesnt turn on and no programs recognise it you moron!!!!

Theres a newer firmware out than 031? And it causes BROD?
I hope not as I've just sent my phone off to be replaced. I won't be happy if the replacement they send me has this new firmware on cause I'll be even less happy if my phone dies again!! |

not exactly 
R1EC001 was released 4 weeks after R1EA031 only for Orange branded phones - this FW behaves identically to 031 (has same bugs, BROD, etc.) so IMHO it's just R1EA031 with Orange menu

SEUS softwear auto updated on my comp today and now the programme will not load, does this mean that SEUS is down ? or do i have a problem with what was downloaded? |
