@jayson: So .. I made the "dumbest statement ever made"?
You want to get personal? You want me to dissecate _every_ post u'll make?
Did I flame u on a other forum for u to get so harsh on me ?
"if you managed to draw a conclusion from "trying it" then ...thats says everything i need to know about your mentality...its not as if its a handset that the every day general public buy's is it..its aimed at buisness users...spend time with something before you slate it..."
Do you know me? Do you know what I work with, for what company? Do you know what phones/pdas/computers I use?
WTF are you to come to a forum and draw such conclusions about a person you don't know even remotley? You ignorant fool.
First off go a english class and learn to interpret sentences.
"Have you used a Nokia 9500 Communicator? Or Carried it with u for daily use? I tried but couldn't stand it."
The word "tried" points on "Carried" .. do you get it now?
Wow u made a dumb conclusion there didn't you?
For _me_ the 9500 is a joke as a _phone_
When u get to the grownups-world u'll understand some copmanies demand that u use a specific phone for some tasks...
Today I use P910i/K500i work/home.. maybe u got a problem with this to? (yes I even think p910 i a bit big for daily use, u got a problem with that?)
"...as for the p9/10i...it doesn't do anything the 6630/80 doesn't do..." << was this intentional from your side?
You know that by typing stuff like this u compete with me for the "dumbest statement ever made"

Yo jayson, I just realised you are from England and can't read english that well \o/
You made some really stupid comments dude ...
"can it download anything apart from java? no..." really?
"does it support real media or avi?" Do you watch real media files on your phones? I don't see a reason for supporting a closed format that isn't really used... MP4 don't work? Or just you that don't know how to use it?
"is it stereo? no..." It's not? hehe Really?
"and it isn't symbian based...." K750 isn't symbian based? hehehe you nailed that one correct! But you know P8/9/10 are symbian based phones...
"as for the p9/10i...it doesn't do anything the 6630/80 doesn't do..." it's pretty easy to say this if u discard everything K750/P900(/10) can do that your Nokias can't.
You laugh @ 2MP cam...
You laugh @ the joystick...
You laugh @ touchscreen stylus interface
You laugh @ qwerty
You laugh @ memory stick duo pro
You laugh @ 3-D game engine?
Go away to you Nokia tempel...
This thread wasn't even about Nokia Vs SE as sanjeevjaya stated...
I said "There isn't really that much u can do with a Nokia smartphone that u can't do with a K750."
Nokia was just a example ... K750 was just a example ...
About this statement of mine ... To many people have smartphones and use them as regular phones ...
Having said that I still don't think there is that much u can do on Nokia smartphones that u can't do on a K750. You see I say "not that much". Surely there is something I would like to do on the k750 but can't... I can't play NES games on it Oh yes I almost forgot ... I have my P910...
( sorry for my 2 long posts guys )

even it is for japan market...SE already have 3.2 megapixel cmos chip on their new KDDI AU network phone.
A1404 if not mistaken is the model number.
I didn't follow all the post in the whole thread but I believe someone is laughing on SE only have a 2 megapixel camera or maybe laughing they didn't have a carl zeiss std optics.
I believe in mobile burn or one of the site i read that Nokia N90 is a bit making some marketing gimmick about their so called carl zeiss optics...in fact it is saying it have sensor or performance matching it and not actually using the optics from this famous company.
One last remark....why get so angry when SE didn't announce a new smart phone in communicASIA. announce didn't mean you will get it in store tomorrow.
Virtually no one in cellphone business is doing the things like Apple is doing....announcement mean product available.
Look at Nokia N series....all of them been announced around april and may but it won't be available in q3......then look at all those 3G phone announced in cannes by Motorola....non of them is available by Q3.
I just have a strong feeling SE is changing the way they launch/announce their product.
Remember a few yrs back they like to announce a product 6 to 9 months before their available in store...now it is going towards a waiting period of 2 to 6months max (W800 and K600...announce Feb/march....available by Q3)
I will only feel bad if non of the rumour P series is out by September...the last available window for SE to make it for Christmas sales.
I remember P900 also announced in August/september to make it for Christmas.
Their new approach is good because we will have shorter waiting period.....it will help their business too coz the product is available before the buzz cool down.

What a bunch of baloney. SE still makes good phones. They bring out phones that are easily distinguishable in the SE lineup and to other brands. Nokia brings out more phones, but they are almost the same. And they are releasing tons of more phones. Who has the overview over all those models. I bet the Nokians don't even have it.

Somewhere I had mentioned earlier: SE phones are like art movies. Not much adds. But performance is ensured.
