I have had a reply from T-Mobile themselves. They say it cannot be done. The only way is to put in an incorrect IP address to stop the phone from connecting to WAP. Always make a note of the correct IP address in case I need to connect in future.

I take it this is the end of this thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
