I would like my Sony Ericsson T610 to ask me if it wants to connect to WAP without connecting automatically. How can I set this on the phone to give me the option.
Thanks. |

Well, go to webservices, options, WAP profiles, select one, connect using, always ask.

| You don't have that menu on your phone?

No I don't and there is certainly no option to let me change the settings!

There is an Internet Services menu - when I click on it, it says Loading, then I get a list of Internet Services - Search Engine, Picture Gallery, Online Manual and Settings. I can't seem to find the settings to ask me whether I want to connect to WAP or not. |

Let me repeat, is the phone branded?

I don't understand what branded means?
All I know is that it's a Sony Ericsson T610!
Any help would be appreciated - thanks. |

Do You have the name of an operator printed on the phone? Eg... Vodafone?

I am with T-Mobile, although the phone can be used for any network. |

Those options must be in connection settings...click on connection icon in menu...find internet profiles...click on it and then view settings. |
