Well I saw the new Batman movie and my vote is in...
Best batmobile by far, and best Batman film to date. Very dark, very action packed, and I liked the casting. I thought everyone was very believable as the characters we know and love.

Well, at least they've stopped putting nipples on the batsuit! How gay was that?!?

I like the looks of the new Batmobile - I think it looks menacing!
Not to practical though, those tyre would be easily punctured by gunfire and having a taller aspect ratio tyre on the rear as opposed to the low profile fronts is illegal here in NZ! It also doesn't look like it would have a very tight turning circle or handle corners at anything like 220mph speeds.
I like the original 60's style Batmobile based on the 1955 Lincoln Futura Concept Car:
"Designed by Lincoln-Mercury stylists and built by Ghia, its interior furnishing were as futuristic as its body. The petrol gauge,oil-pressure and water temperature warning lights, speedometer, and tachometer were set in the centre of the two-branched steering wheel and other secondary controls were grouped along the fascia panel with sliding covers for when they were not in use. The circular radio antenna contained a microphone which captured and amplified the sounds of traffic approaching from the rear and the centre section of the roof swung up when the doors were opened."
It certainly handled the twisty roads well when the film was sped up! |

I've had that on my various sites for the last 2 1/2 years. Eg. http://www.shock-therapy.org/GaySpider.htm
It was once on the front page, but it took too long to load really.

yes, i'm sure the legality and road-worthy certificate were foremost in bruce wayne's mind when choosing his new ride.

Mate, you don't know how lucky you are over there in the Great Southern Land. Batman would never get Resource Consent for the Batcave, the unions would be pickiting Alfred's work conditions and Batman would have to prove he's an equal oportunity employer by sending Wonder Woman or Batgirl on half the missions. Occupational Safety and Health would have a field day with his work practices and no doubt the Wayne family fortune would have disappeared on speed camera fines, and the media won't leave him alone over his emergency response times... Bloody PC. Maybe at the next election we get our country back!

you forgot the Environmental Impact Statement identifying how the construction work in the Bat Cave impacts on the native flaura and fauna, and the legal procedings to prevent the cave being classified as a nature reserve for the protection of an endangered species of bat.
it's much the same over here mate.
