I think you need to rephrase
If PK is pulling the winner, he can't be in that draw

what I meant was;
If PK/You/A N Other was the raffle master for said draw, you wouldn't be allowed to purchase tickets for said draw to keep to equal and fair... therefore as I said there should be a few people that are draw masters, meaning they can enter draw in which they are not drawing the winner...
if that makes any sense?

just though PK should not be pulling the winner, 
but pulling the winning tickets instead

OK, I haven't read all of this topic yet because I just felt the urge to respond to the second reply......
The A-ZoTT certainly DOESN'T "manage itself"!!! Thanks for the appreciation there! 
As for raffles, it's not a bad idea once in a while but it's probably not going to work as a regular occurance. Especially with expensive handsets it may take quite a while until the seller makes enough money.
Probably the most important point though is that it gives an opportunity for rogue traders to rip people off. It's much easier for them to get a few pounds from many people than to get a large amount of money from one person.
