How Often do you Change your Mobile Number? |

I only change mine because I have to. Like when I went on a plan (didn't last long) and the time when Vodafone cancelled my prepay number because I racked up a $10000 charge. Hahaha.
I just bought a new Vodafone number after that though. They can't do anything about that.

Well on prepay here, they charge huge rates on data, because they don't expect anyone to use it, so I guess its at a high price so they can make a lot if someone does decide to use it.
Anyway, I found that I could use my last few cents to browse the internet as much as I liked and they couldn't charge me on a prepay account, because they can only take the money thats there already (a few cents).
So I hooked my laptop up to my phone and downloaded heaps of stuff over about 3 days until they cancelled my number. Heheheh.
I just bought a new one though.

I last changed my sim in the year 2000sih to get the O2 genie talkalotmore P&G deal, where I get up to 5 hours free evening and weekend cross network minutes and txt. Soon as O2 arn't doing this X network deal on new sim cards I'll keep my present sim as O2 can't cancel the P&G contract deal I'm on. I also get 1 meg free wap, which I rarely use anyway.

Oh I did, but I guess they're just not very strict. The guy in the shop said "its not my problem, so i'll just sell you a new number"

Good work and good luck to you!
Lets hope that if you get called up on it, your provider is as laid back about it as mine! If not, then even more so! Haha.
