well unless any FW updates ahve stopped that error i was telling you about...i would greatly advise putting the product code back....you may be lucky and not get the phone startup failed...or you may not, no point in risking it really

I'll make sure I do that first one the firmware update's completed then before I even unplug the usb cable! Better safe than sorry, especially with a 200 phone!

It is indeed, just need the unlock code now!

Managed to debrand it sucessfully, now got the VOiP capability, and the menu system is as Nokia intended!

Don't worry, I'm not planning for my K800i to go anywhere!

YAY! Unlock code just came through the email just now, entered it into the phone when it came up with 'sim not valid' with my O2 sim in, and it worked!

Now have a fully unlocked, unbranded N95, am now a happy bunny!

Technically the phone cost me 215 - 200 for the phone, then 35 for the unlock code minus the 20 part-refund the seller sent me. Still an excellent price for a now unlocked and unbranded N95. The only thing I could do next is replace the Voda-branded front fascia with an unbranded one, though will put that on the back burner till I have a bit more money!

You mean a 'la K800i? No, thank goodness! The Voda branding wasn't quite as bad as on some phones, but still bad enough for me to want to get rid of it! Plus of couse re-enable the Voip
