Hi,
Does anyone happen to know how to change the default (start)page of the Opera browser. It used to be the Google/Sony Ericsson page, but after changing my provider (and simcard), the default/startpage is now changed to their page ...
That wouldn't be so annoying, if I would know how to set the default page back to the one I prefer ...
Thanks for any tips! |

I guess it depends on your backlight settings as mine are changed from the defaults
Hm. Yes, it works if you've set the background light to "auto". (And then the keyboard doesn't light up so much when you push a key, either. Neat.) |

- writing at the same heigth of the black triangle (or the vertical middle) results in writing capitals,
I've known that for a long time, but I only recently figured out that any stroke that starts above the middle and ends below it becomes a capital. So instead of writing small letters and trying to hit the middle of the screen, you should write great big letters that inevitably cross the middle - and then it makes sense that they become capitals. |

In Opera holding down the stylus on a tab will bring up a menu with which you can close the page, add it to favorites and more. |

Does anyone happen to know how to change the default (start)page of the Opera browser. I don't think you can. However, you can put a link to a different page as one of the 15 short-cut buttons on the Standby screen and then use that to launch Opera instead of the Web button. |

I then have the internet key set to Task Manager so i have easy access to my recent apps and then in the other tab all open apps alphabetically.

Use the * and # keys - they double as left and right cursor keys in this context (at least, they do on the M600).

I can't remember any more on the standard one, but if you use your P1 browser to go to www.google.fr/gmm you can get a better version of google maps which has on screen zoom in/out buttons etc

So does '0' zero work as play/pause, * as previous and # has next track in the music player or not?
Hello,
I can confirm that the 0 (aka spacebar) works as Play and pause, but the # and * don't seem to work as next/prev track. Does anyone know if we can program keys as next/prev, or if there are any preset keys with these functions?
Isaac
i dont know if the others have noticed this already but when paused/stopped, the volume commands on the jog dial have been replaced with previous and next..
so to "quickly" switch tracks, pause the song (by pressing zero) then roll the jog dial up or down.. |

Cool Tip (sorry if it has already been posted) :
When you read a mail via messaging application:
- press 5 or 8 to go up/down
- press 2 or 0 to go to the beginning/end of the mail |
