Nope... Sony Ericsson has made many K series phones with excellent cameras, the introducin K800i for cybershot phones. HOWEVER, K series are for bar phones in general. Thanks for clearing that up for me. However, I am still a tad suspicious that SE is trying to get the halo going around its K series as a camera line. If a somewhat more knowledgeable person like me made this mistake....its very likely a consumer will think K is the camera line.... |

Just to clear things up, this is from Wikipedia:
- D series - Low-mid range mobile phones. T-Mobile network operator exclusive. ("Deutsche Telekom") (D750)
- F series - Low-mid range mobile phones. Vodafone and Vodafone partner network operator exclusive. (F500)
- J series - Low end candybar mobile phones. Do not feature cameras. ("Junior") (J100-J300)
- K series - Low to high end candybar mobile phones. Feature cameras with dual front design. Certain models are branded under the CyberShot name. ("Kamera" Swedish) (K200-K810)
- M series - Mid range Symbian OS smartphones. ("Messaging") (M600)

Well, the K series all have cameras, and it seems to be the series which has all the flagship camera phones, but every phone that is part of the K series has a camera and is a candybar.

SE intended to make the second announcement on the 15th.
My source also told me their info-event was delayed for at least a week.
My guess is that SE is forced to delay this announcement. Don't ask me for the reasons. We should wait for the 15th to see what's gonna happen.
I was told to get the full info package on Nov. 13th. first.
Then he said it will be delayed. At least his info-event. That's of course not the same as the announcement date.
