I have some questions.
1. When I take a picture without flash, they always become blurry.
It's like the camera can't focus without the flash even though I take it in a lit room.
2. Should I update from 038 to new 31? I don't want all these random reboots every one is talking about.
3. When is "the big" fw actually coming?
4. And why does SEUS say that I can update even though I already have the latest one they can provide me with (I have 3 sweden fw 038 as said above right now)

Set the ISO to 100 when taking flash shots close. That brings down the light sensivity somewhat. But it is a flash so when you take a shot very close and it is a fairly bright colored motif, it's hard not to get a bleached result. |

standby time is horrible on this new firmware.. other than that overall progress is satisfied. |

My latest finding regarding R1EA031 APAC-ANZ, CDA 1201-8437 R11A.
FIXED : color or pixel distortion on progress bar while displaying a 'Please Wait' pop up window.
It used to be distorted in the previous firmwares, for some themes I set. It's fixed now. |

No problems at all. A few minor bugs only which every mobile phone has.
K850i is really a top-notch superb mobile phone and I love how it works.

I have said repeatedly that this random restarts are not new with this FW and i have also described them here If you read this post you will see it is impossible to miss and appointment or an email or even your alarm to go off because they do not really turn the phone off. so don't panic.
In my case I was having 0.1 restarts/day before updating, 2.5 restarts/day when i just updated because i was pushing the phone to the limit to test the new FW and then it went back to 0.1 restarts/day again. But just to let you know i have re-updated my phone thru SEUS a couple of days ago and have not had a restart since then, according to my stats i should be having one in the next 7-8 days but i think i cannot way, I will push my phone to the limit tonight and see if these restarts are finally gone. i will keep posting.
thank you all for the updates and for keeping the thread alive

This is my personal experience.
In my previusly 037 only got 1 restart in 2,5 months of use, now I'm getting 1 restart/day.
2 restart using the media player with music.
1 restart using the file explorer(so annoying)
2 restart using the camera, switching trhow settings .
1 restart using the media player with photos. |

1: This happens to me too, even though I have image stabilizer on, it is very strange...
2: Update but dont do any master resets and make sure you turn your phone off and then back on again at least once a week.
3: Nobody knows.
4: For some reason they let some people reinstall the firmware they already have. |

They look blurry on the phone aswell to me. But anyway its so weird, it only happens if you turn flash off... |

Yes flash photos and outside daylight photo's dont have it.
I read a review today on a camera website and the Sony dedicated digi cam was criticised for blurry pics without flash, which kind of depressed me coz I was hoping it was a firmware problem but now not sure if its just a trait of Sony.
