in my opinion se should try to work together with neonode(or buy them), they have perfect expertise in intuitive finger touchscreen interfaces with an awesome formfactor - their handset screem multimedia, but they don't have the money to expand ... sadly

Hehe. Yes, Pop Lover, I'm more the visual type. I'm into good looks on a phone first, too, may it be UI or the phone itself. T303 will fit excellent.

(as a second phone next to the G900. )

I have a feeling that K850i successor will be released along with P1i sucessor, so expecting them on September

Yep, infact is working on WLAN module that may look like that FM transmitter, that WLAN is supposed to work with all A200 phones, USEB already posted a screen shot for K850i scanning for Hotspots

So you reckon SE will release this in September? Going on previous experience that seems optimistic. And 7.2mp you say?

K hasn't been retired... Phones in the K-series will stand for 'web experience'. Like the K660i

well I don't mean the K850i successor, but P1i successor, it has been here before, I don't remeber who exactly who said that, so it's not me

but who knows maybe the K850i facelift or successor will be released in October like K850i it self...

just remember that K810i the face lift of K800 released 10 months after K800i
and K800i it self was released 1 year after K750i

K700i - June 04
K750i - June 05
K800i - June/July 06
K810i - May 07
K850i - October 07

as you can see all models before K810i was released in 1 year timeframe for successors

but when K810i comes, we have facelifts too, but the question is facelift strategy will be continued or K810i is just an exception coz SE relised that K850i will be late ?

I've heard two theories
1- the release of K810i was an exception duo to expected delays to K850i, the release of K850i in October is also exception, all top Imagine seires used to be released in mid year, and coz of K850 delay the K810 was made to fill the gap.
2- The K810i is not gap filler, and K850i october release is not exception as SE want to change the strategy of High-End Camera phone, the dates and devices in 2007 is the start for this new strategy, a facelift after 6 months and successor after one year...

this year we will know than, any way, we heard of facelift that will copy K850i just with manual camera cover and 5MP with WiFi or A-GPS...
we have two expectations for the time frame, June if the K850i was really an exception, or October if this is a new strategy from SE...

If we are going with the first theory, then the K850 successor ( the 7.2MP ) will be released in June as se will try to go back with the previews timeframe, or in October to keep the 1 year strategy between phones.. and thats it, no facelift !!

but if we are going to have the second theory the face lift will be released in June... and the successor will be released in October ( ann. in July, 1 month after facelift release )
the problem now is that releasing a phone in June with no announcement till now is some how strange, so if there's no Cyber-Shot announcement in early April, I can say that the release will be late Q3 ( September ) or early Q4 ( October ), but maybe SE want to suprise us with only two months of waiting from ann. to release !! or maybe we will have the release in early Q3 ( July ), if thats true, then the K700 times will come once more time !! ( ann. in April, released in June )

personally I feel SE want to suprise us second time, remeber that leaked pic of CyberShot ? I feel that that was the K850i facelift...
