Hmmm if this is true then I'll stick with 038, the drop in battery life from 037 was a huge dissapointment for me so I dont want it decreasing further.
In fact Id happily go back to 037 just to get the original battery life back.
Shame as I was looking forward to the touch buttons vibrating, THATS a nice addition  |

And SEUS gives you R1EA031 for what purpose?
Isn't SEUS an OFFICIAL firmware updater? |

I think SEUS gave us this software to "shut up" us ... Because everyone was complaining about new firmware which doesn`t come ... So they released some king of beta to have some time to prepare a ALFA software... I think so ... |

I still haven't updated. Annoying! Reinstalled seus two times, downloaded same available update two times, I do not know the number of times I have tried already.... And it fails every time!.... |

You have a loose cable connection??? Try master reset the whole phone (back up first) and redo it. |

I have only one problem with the new firmware so far -
my internet settings does not activate. Even if I save the settings, opening the internet settings leaves to a blank space under "connect using".
The streaming settings works fine, showing my chosen profile under "connect using"

A new firmware I am sure that it will appear, but a new firmware with R1C I am sure it will not...maybe R2C or something after R1E...they never go back |

i think plankgatan may be right, the new fw is R1A, which suggests its an alpha.. the C ones are usually the real fw ones. |

It might be possible that an "R3A" software might come after another month or two, as rumored. |

Another bug. If the player is on ... go to standby ... and change song with volume buttons ... There should pop up the small window on the top with title and artist of the song ... but it doesn`t :/ |

the new firmware as you can read on the first page is R1EA031, not R1A something...the older firmware was R1CA037...so the letters have advanced...they will never release a new firmware for K850i that will start again with R1C |

Strange ... my friend from poland has this bug aswell ... Just turn on player and minimize it ... then change track with volume button (hold it for a sec) ...
Strange is that with hbh-ds980 it wroks and the frame on the top pops up.

So it was a good ideea that I stayed with my R1CA037...I don't have reboots...the few bugs that you had does not affect me, so I can live with...I just want a better camera, but as I can see the new firmware is not changing very much of this aspect...I think the battery life in R1CA037 is the best...so...waiting for something better or I will keep R1CA037 |
