@Eastcoaststar. Lots of people I know are on the Low-carb diet. One I know eats no carbs after 4pm which seems to work a treat as he has absolutely no fat. |

i have never heard of the no carbs after 4PM one... sounds like a good idea though! (not for me, but for people interested)

i know... i agree... imnot sur ehow the low card thing works... something about the sugars building up, causeing more fat than fatty foods or something weird... it doesnt make sence to me honestly

@ayush: most so-called vegetarians i know still eat fish, and a few still eat poultry.
last night was home-made hamburgers (by me) with cheese, onions and bacon, and a side of zuchini in napoli sauce.

We don't have pops here so chill. And we have kellogs cornflakes, frosties , chocos, fruit loops, etc and btw it's cereal
