I think it's partly correct for what u are saying about CID36 V800
Actually, there are two different CID36 V800 .. REAL and FAKE CID36
first is what u are saying the REAL CID36 which I agree no one has solution at the moment, including TMS, Davinci, Crusier or SEtools..
However, so far, I only received two CID36 from customers and they are all FAKE CID36.. it cannot be unlock/flash at the beginning (similar to real CID36)..but after I used the recovery function, one CID29 flash block was recovered...and after that, I am able to flash all Z800 files ..
it means the phone was originally CID29 and was flashed to CID36 by SE for some reasons.. but it's still flashable!! what I want to say is NOT all CID36 V800 is unflashable / Not being able to unlock. at least I can tell u I have done two of them before.
since TMS/Davinci doesn't have the recovery function, I think it's no way to tell if it's CID29 or 36..
anyway, good luck with the server software

Thanks alot for clearing that up. 
Is there any way to flash a REAL CID36 V800 to a FAKE CID36 and then flash with Z800 firmware, or maybe a way to flash a CID36 to a CID29?
Unfortunately I need a server solution as I am in South Africa, and I am not prepared to pay the price for SEtool stand-alone for 1 phone.

if it's a real CID 36 V800 ..sorry that no one can do it at the moment..
and today, I have received one REAL CID 36 and one fake CID36
the real one is the customer bought it 2 weeks ago .. (unlock, flash or recovery are ALL rejected)
the fake one is the customer who upgraded the firmware via SE web site..that why when i do the recovery, a CID29 flash block was recovered..

I sure all SE programmers are working on that including davinci or TMS....soon the 100% solution will come and let see who will be the first ?

First will be Test Point, Cruiser will release it, then all others will copy, of course Davinci, TMS wont release this as most liely customers wont even know what TP is.
Then Cruiser will release a regular cable version then all other teams will sniff the patched loaders and everyone will be happy

accdg to davinci people, they can debrand v802 cid36 BUT CANNOT unlock cid36 yet.. i havent test it myself as i dont have v802 with cid36 now

I wonder why voda chose to put virtually unlockable phones in the market... surely unlocking has to be one of the most wanted fixes people generally want?

Hi i just noticed the firmware i have on my fone is R1S025 does this mean my fone is CID36 and so cannot be unbranded. please let me know as this guy says so

It already exists a new version that it corrects the problem with the móbiles with CID 29 up-to-date for CID 36.
The new software"Total Multiserver 1.62", the option of CID "Ignore CID (only for Original CID29 phones), solves this problem.

There is a new firmware version in TMS for the v800, it is the R1AB013. |

i successfully debranded my v800i! and it was a CID36 phone. I did it with TMS. It didnt work the first time but the second time it did! bye bye vodacrapola

Hi all,
Using Davinci (Thanks to 619 for the credits) and my DSS25.
Tow days ago, I unlocked my CID29 Voda V800 (R1Dxxx). no problem.
Today, I tried to upgrade it with R1Yxxx, at first I read many posts around the forum to do it perfectly.
So, after uploading the "transform CID20 to CID36" (without finalizing of course), I get the files I needed (main + FS - EU5) and flashed them. All this procedure has spent about 6-7 minutes !!!
Now, I have a Z800, but still in R1Dxxx and only English language... but unbranded.
Before flashing again to obtain what I want, I need your help please.

Problem solved ! Tried it again today several times after "block error" with another file (EU2), and followed instructions seen in a post saying to do it "step by step", main STOP FS STOP and Finalisation. STOP means removing battery and putting back on the DSS25.
If it can help ...
I now have a Z800, unbranded with R1Y005, and in French this time.
