v800 debranding |

Hi everyone I woudl liek to decustomise my v800. Ive done it to my z1010 with alot of help from vee in the past, but is there software available to do it to v800? I have a credit for davinci team server but their ftp is down so cant check for files (has been for ages) and I used setool (comport) last time, woudl rather use that again if anyone coudl sell me a credit?

however setool credit sales have been suspended + their server is down too so at the moment you're stuck like the rest of us

the closest to official reason I have read is that they feel they cannot provide adequate services because too much time is consumed by answering unnecessary questions, hence no omport credit sales.
Server is an isp/hosting issue like I'm sure we all have from time to time 
I could be wrong mind but that's what I recall reading on their forum.

Use TMS, they provide R1X019 for the client/server version...setool2 doesn't. Seems like setool2 is abanding the client/server users...not good. |

TMS = Total Multi Server? What hardware does one need? With their flash files, can you use SEUS in the future? Do they offer several language packs? Sorry for all the questions but I can't check as I'm on my phone right now

Yes...t28 service cable or and converted usb data cable. Don't know about using SEUS, but most likely it can. Yes they offer plenty of language packs. |

Speaking of debranding, I had just debranded my v800 with the latest firmware.
It's all good but I seemed to like Original V800 icons better, more sleek and classy  .
One question though, how can I change the battery icon displayed? It's like blue bars (which is ok) but with blue background on the outer layers that makes the battery icon an even-sided square, it looks damn awkward and ugly.
Am I the only one facing this or it's the standard battery icon for z800?
FYI, Davinci dont have the firmware to debrand v800, SETOOL has and their servers are up and running again.
NOTE: Beware that once u debrand and upgrade firmware from v800 to z800, u can no longer transfer files via USB cable for the time being. This is because SE have not release USB driver for z800 yet. The way to go is via bluetooth or card reader (for the MS duo).

Question for gbrooks3 : (or anyone who might know...)
in the EMEA5 language pack there is suppose to be the following languages:
EN, AR, HE, RU, FR, FA
after i debranded my V800 and installed the above language pack i got the following languages:
EN, FR, RU, and 2 kinds of Arabic (AR). But no Hebrew.
at least 4 of my friends with V800 got the exact same result - No Hebrew.
Do you know the reason for this?
