Good for Cingular

Though, I did wish I had Cingular's free nights and weekends. When I was with Verizon I had their most amasing plan, unlimited free nights and weekends and 1000 daytime minutes with free long distance and free internet access. Also, I challenged them on the plan they had signed me up for, and they ended up changing it to what I wanted, even though it was my fault, and got a 300 dollar credit in my bill

Still, I like Vstream...

wanted to share my cingular story. they over charged me (again) on my account. i called 611, was on hold for 5 minutes before I heard a recording say:

"We apologize but a situation has risen which has required the evacuation of our building. Please call back at a later time."

Did someone finally decide to bomb the Cingular Customer Service building? Thank God.

P.S. Anyone else as irritated as I am about their billing services & online services? Geeeezz. AND they charge for incoming SMS now too. And who cares about unlimited nights and weekends if there is never any signal to be able to USE the damn phone!!!
