I own a T68i, and before that a T68 as soon as both had been released in the UK, I will probably buy a 6610 but then i don't know until i see it. At the end of the day the 7650 is a cracking phone - don't slag it off till you had a good go with it for a couple of days - the camera is wicked! there no real delay on the screen update and there is a very very big differance between the screens on the 7650 and t68i.

It all boils down to what gets released and then you can say, look at the handsets on the way and see what there is to come.

For the repairs side of things ericsson are crap! thats from personal experiance - i rember sending my phone into be fixed having it back without being fixed - asking for s/ware updates that it needed as it kept resetting itself and them not being done.

I like my t68i don't get me wrong i think it is the best phone on the market, but I want more..... Its now down to the mfr's to decided what they bring out and what those phones do... Its an interesting time at the moment who knows whats around the corner...

Say what you will but you never know what somethings going to be like unless you try it!

There my rant anyway!

Java is dangerous! If Nokia want Java and MMS on their phones just wait for the viruses to flood them. Norton Anti Virus will have to bring out a virus protection program for mobiles next!

You should find more about the facts before you open your mouth.

There's no virus threat in Nokia phones sinces Java environment provides very good security measures that will be accompanied with additional security measures taken in the mobile phone environment. MIDP Java has the capability for very tight sandbox model with applications access only to the phone user interface and memory area that is specifically assigned to MIDP Java application. The networking interface will be tuned to make sure no rogue access can be made. Typically, user confirmation is asked for any action that may cause costs to the user. JavaPhone API works together with traditional Java and Personal Java security model.
