Hmmm.... @lenn i meant that the gprs providers here in india too do not provide satisfactory service. But now they have improved a lot.

You might achieve what you are looking for when choosing the option to let the phone as for a password. It is a setting in each of your data-accounts. You would each time have to type in the password I suppose.
