samsungs all look the same to me nowadays isn't there a ace one aswell it looks like the little one back there

What's the back of the HTC Sensation like? It looks like metal on pics but maybe it's just fake metal?
The problem with the Samsung is that the back is really flimsy

On the sensation the middle part is metal with like two plastis inserts either side of it. It also goes over the front of the phone in sort of a 'glove' configuration.
The XE batter will work in the sensation right? |

I actually dont bite my nails they get to long and when they chip well
its called a nail file
btw that pic what you posted is exactley what it is like on the back 
as P900 has explained to that comes off the phone and your left with the screen part
only hence the shell can be replaced if you have a accident with it 
im waiting on some new coloured backings oh HTC hurry up and sort this out 
P900 I think the battery will be ok but you can buy this anker battery one thats High capacity
