Thats one thing i can say about the w995 its definately not laggy. The only time i found any lag is when after using You Tube application the phone really slowed. This is resolved by turning off then back on again
Phone?? What phone??

Thanx Goldenface I've to say that i'm impressed with mp3 quality & loudness, loved it but camera is not as good specially with flash & when you see pictures in "Camera pictures", pictures are covered with a type of "white balance" :-/ Hope you understand what i mean, it's just like K850i, W902 og C902... W995 has not that "white balance"

@Mano: Would you please explain a little further?.. Is this somehow a disadvantage, or an undesired effect?

Thanks!

@Mano
Have you tried manually adjusting the exposure value or are you just doing the point and shoot thing and expecting perfection?

That's one thing about Aino's camera. It is very much a point-and-shoot camera. There are no manual white balance controls as far as I can see. I guess because it's solely a touch interface they must have tried to keep it simple because there just aren't too many options there.

You have your scene modes, the ability to choose autofocus, infinite, macro and so on, flash on/off, timer,size and geo-tagging. It doesn't really bother me, but I can see it being a problem for the more serious mobile phone photographer, although I think that's an oxymoron.

I have my K850 set to "cloudy" and get nice snapshots. I expect the same on Aino.

You'll have trouble with that.

Yeah I'll take some photos later.

I'm just saying there is no 'cloudy' setting or anything really similar. My main point being that the features on Aino's camera are pretty slim.

They might be there, but they're well hidden if they are. I might have to RTFM to find out.

EDIT: No mention in the manual. Not too worried about this myself.

i see. i don't think i'd want an aino then. the camera is very important for me and not having such settings is a let down when it comes to take pics for me.

Yeah, of course. Good to get warning of this out early then I guess. I think the touch interface made SE simplify it maybe too much. I don't see why they don't let you have the phone open in camera mode... They could have used the d-pad for white balance then.

that'd be to control the EV values rather than the WB.
