you don't need to do ALL this things..

I just disabled startup message & deleted unnecessary pics, tones, themes.

He! He! I got over 800kb of free memory left and r6a SW,i dont think it will go much faster now,maybe r8a wud slow it down with 4 games added but i will still get the upgrade anyway! :-D

Great tips Randy!! I just had my t68i upgraded to R8A and surprisingly, it took more time to enter and exit the menus. Might bring it back to Sess Herrera to have it checked. In the meantime, it won't hurt to follow some of your tips. After a while, the phone memory needs a little bit of cleaning-up (tones, old contacts, pics)

ne1 been tried 13 sec trick (or sumthin like that) on your t68i?
i'v tried and my i have these 1kb extra mem

i think i didn't do it correctly coz i lost my email (pop) setting (and took days remembering my password!)
