Supn'n peeps!
I've had my unlocked & unbranded (Rogers) W810! FINALLY. this phone is a DREAM.

1) @slugworth; how do you make the SE & Walkman insignia's in you're signature? I've noticed a few ppl in other threads can do this in their posts.
2) Anyone noticed that you can ONLY run 1 java app at a time?! Is this normal? I tried with the walkman on (Phone Mode).
3) I want PURE quality speakers Rogers Wireless here in Canada is selling that MPS-60 but it looks kinda dinky. However, this phone is a PIMPS phone and those speakers are pure batchelor pad (ghetto) rockus makers.  . Is there a better quality for the W810?
4) what BT headphones do you guys suggest?
I have R4DB005 + CDA102295/7 R2A cUSTOMIZATION with Camera version 4.5; AND Java SW v6.4 OH YEAH also have AMR Codec = HR (Half Rate) & FR (Full Rate)

1.) You have to go and edit your Profile. Then to go to "Smilies" link below and copy the Walkman thingy and paste it  like this ==>  
2.) Yeah, one java app at a time.
3.) I'm planning to buy MPS-60 myself. I like the size of it. Try considering Creative Speakers. They have portable ones. Just google it up
4.) I don't use any bluetooth headset as of the moment.

bummer on the one java app at a time. I'm hoping that this wont be a restriction with the next gen of walkman apps.

Hey there..
I got W810i..exactly a month b4...
Cells kinda good..Sound Qual is also amazing....
But hav u ppl noticed... the FULL VOLUME is kinda low..and am seriously worried abt it...so is there any patch or anything which can help me...increase it...
btw one more thing... The SMS capacity is 200....How do we increase it..??
FAR Manager doesnt work on our cell!! Does it..??
So how do we increase it....
Btw my Firmware is "R4DB005"
Do i need some updates/patches or Firmaware upgrades....??

I would like to buy sony ericson w810i. But i'm worried. I don't know if agile mesenger can run in this phone or not. Can somebody advice me? I check in my town. They do not have any software for this phone yet. But for nokia, it absolutely can. Give me some advice please. And how can get this agile mesenger? By downloading from internet? |

By the way .. Phone working good , got a second phone ( Nokia 6101 ) for talking , and i use the w810 for the other stuff, and is damn good looking phone .. like chicks magnet
The latest released phone are a bit louder , and have that crap DRM protection for ringtunes only . Aniways is good .
Btw , is my second w810 , cause the first one was stolen , but all the bad things for the good ones  |

*Walkman player
*FM Radio
*2MP Camera WITH AutoFocus & Macro (sure this is not new but I MUST highlight this because SE seems to be taking this OUT of future Walkman models IF the W850 is a hint).
*INCREDIBLE buttons
*Crystal clear screen.
*Seemless USB connection.
*QUADBAND + EDGE on ALL Bands!
NOTE: I dont have 3G just YET in my country.
Man I really love this W810 ... maybe I should buy a backup just before they stop producing it.

No worries frequency ... make sure you've got a stable firmware like the latest.

I think SE screwed us with NOT allowing A2DP profile in the W810 when the K610 has it and its a lesser phone. Then even more so with the upcoming W850i with A2DP yet no AutoFocus/Macro Mode.
Overall I know my decision with the W810 was the perfect choice! it'll last me till the next upgrade late this year or early January.

I say if you've got that much music then UPGRADE! the price is great for it.
However if SE pulls a fast one on us with Casino Royale to launch with a walkman K800 or a video K800 with 30fps and built in Wifi along with a new 2GB M2 card then at that point I'd wait to see in a few months what SE's got brewing.
