Have used the w900i since february, and love it! Have used P800-P900-K750 and a bunch of Nokia and Siemens phones, and w900i is the coolest one, no doubt. I recently got a K800 and a Nokia N80, but returned to the w900i again: The N80 is way to slow and has a lousy camera, and the K800 is - well - just another K750-like phone. Camera isn't that much better than the w900i, and the w900i has the huge memory for all my MP3's, movies and pictures. I haven't tried full-length movie playback on the K800 (because there's no room without extra M2-card), but I doubt it'll run the same quality as the w900i.
With the added functionality of Opera Mini, Wayfinder and Mobile GMaps, the w900i is very close to being a perfect phone! |

Jolitorax: could you point me in the direction for those programs? i am also looking for a text editor for reading simple notes, a simple one. have you found any?
i have used a lot of mobile phones lately and the one that i really like is w900i. compared to n90, qtek 8310, nokia 3250 and more there is none that compares to w900i. i do wish that it had a text editor, so i could remember all the directions, appointments and notes i got. |

At 4x the quality of photos on W800 is pretty bad. I can only imagine what'll happen at 32x. Is it decent? |

@QVGA
No.
It is still quite good at 8x and blurry at 16.
It depends on how sharp the picture is of course but you can still make a face out at 32x.
The stepless zoom on the video is roughly the same, although it isn't calilbrated and would benefit well from some image stabilisation. |
