X-Ter, go to http://track.dhlgroup.co.uk/tracking/ and click on "By Consignment" under the 'Next Day' heading. Enter the reference you have been given into the "Consignment Number/Reference" box, and click submit.

Thats exactly what I did but a popup came saying "11022 - Consignment Reference could not be found" I typed in "gm-005882968"

hey

is the w800 on o2 online 50 (£19 per month + £54 for phone) a good deal? 500txts, 50 mins anytime anyone.

Im not sure whether this is worth the extra money over getting the same contract with the k750i (works out at around an extra 50 pounds).

Anyone else seen any other good deals for the w800i?

ive got a good deal with onestopphoneshop, free w800 on o2 200 + 100txts, double mins & txts 4 3months and also 4 months line rental refunded upon production of your 4month bill. Ive dealt with them in the past and they seem to be ok, never experienced any major probs with them..

You'll find their systems will update overnight, and give you more information. As it was only collected this morning, the docket system won't be updated until later tonight.

Otherwise, you have the wrong consignment ref.

the gm number you have is the o2 order number and not the dhl tracking code. it will be different and emailed at a later date

the order number can also be used as the tracking number too.

When i ordered my k750i a couple of months ago from o2 online, i never had any emails, so i went to the dhl website and put in the order number in consignment section and voila, told me it had already been picked up from o2 and was on its way to me

you will probably get a different answer from each person you speak to on o2!!!

I rang today at about 4pm and they said they had stock, but the offer wasnt good enough for me, so i called the cancel contract number and they said it was out of stock but i was to ring back later in the week as the deliveries are random and they are not sure when the next delivery is coming.

I got my phone tariff deal sorted and changed, now i just need the phone ordered, will ring each day to find out.

The only way you will know for sure how many o2 hold in stock is to get a job in their stock department! they sure as hell dont want the customers to know anything for sure.

Ordered mine over the phone on Monday 15th £29.99 Online 50 tariff. Got an email later that that day saying it was out of stock. Got an email this morning saying the phone had been despatched. Hopefully will have it tomorrow.

Lucky I didn't wait now that it gone up to £79.99. Not expecting it to be the perfect phone but hope its good enough to last till the next upgrade.
