So if I understand you correctly Hajaz, and after reading the thread you pasted form, it is possible to update my W800i with SEUS later? Even if I have a brown version? |

That is what is apparent from the post. But i still believe that no matter what firmware you have red or brown (mines brown) they check your IMEI and there is no way escaping the fact that your phone was once a K750 and still is to SEUS. I hope though that i am wrong, but im just trying to inform others of what i have found. |

@coxy
You are right, however SEUS is software, it has dll files. If we find the call to get imei number then we can jump straight over it. Anyone up for patching seus? |

It's more than one button. If he can do it, it means that all the W750i users can still update their phones using SEUS, which means a lot for us. |

The flash also allows the 'k750i' to have flight mode which greatly increases the battery when listening to music (12-15hr -> 30hr). So its kinda worth the hassle!
Don't put it off. Just don't do it. |

Good on ya, mate, glad you're a satisfied client of Ben's. Any chance he can work his magic and flash my Toyota into a Mercedes? j

Dom't be silly. You can't flash a Toyota into a Mercedes. They are made by different companies. You might as well try flashing a Motorola into a Nokia. Now, if you want to try flashing a Toyota, you will have to be satisfied flashing it into a Lexus. |

So in other word, there is no principal difference between K750 with its original firmware and K750 with W800's?
Flight mode and menu assignment is tempting, but i prefer my activity menu button as it is.
How about music quality? Yes the media player can handle ID Tag better but how about sound quality?
I know earphone is different in W800 (which make the comparison more difficult), but has anyone ever tried, just tried, to plug K750's original earphone to W800 and hear the differences?
I use K750 (R1N) with HPM-70. But in the end i still prefer the sound quality of K750's original earphone (pls see my other thread about this).
I think the quality over the media player (to handle songs file and generate output) is one of the important factor for K750 user to flash their firmware to W800.
