Yes it is, but it has white keys rather than green, oddly.
I'm a bit confused as to which photoshop of Xellar's beta-tester is talking about though.

Guys, only four new phones in that picture. I think, third and fourth unknown phones - it's one device. So only three new phones.

There are nine panels. No further seperation.
1 - 2 - 3
4 - 5 - 6
7 - 8 - 9
2 is a white W760.
Only 5 & 8 are unknown. |

Yeah I was going to say that too Xellar. The three images in panel 8 are all the same unknown phone. There is no C702 there.

Nah, if you look at the larger image on USEB, and compare it to a W580, or W760 for that matter, you can see the buttons have slightly different placing and layout. Also it appears to be an A200 phone if you see whats on the screen.

Just compare the dpad. It's not W580.
