The new UIQ is "finger-based" by itself...
But there will be a stylus too

What i surely expect about the new UIQ was that it will boast more and more transitions and animations in the menu/submenu, and will enable themes to change the menu icons too without loosing the transitions in the icon. and will integrate the XMB media center, Cybershot 2.0 touch as the core feature of the new platform UI. will also have native support for HSDPA, EDGE, Quadband, WiFi b/g and more.
