I get the operation failed. So i can't even open the application folder or the game folder.

are u sure that no java is running in background..?
Can u delete them?

Nope i had put them from my memory card to my phonememory. And i still had som java stuff left on my memory card, wich i erased manually, but i couldn't find any java stuff left on my memory card(i guess my master reset erased it)
I also tried to install some java apps again and that failed off course.

I got the operation failed error the last time i updated using SEUS too..... i had to pay DaVinci to do a full flash to fix it...guess im going to stay with 037

I had the same problem with mine... Couldn't start world mate or anything...

The only solution is updating the firmware using divinci which is what i did or take it to your nearest SESC

Did you tried a master reset after the firmware upgrade?

It seems to happen once the upgrade has completed and you start the phone for the first time entering time and date settings etc... other than that... its been great! Fingers crossed.
