This thread and the P5i rumor thread are hilarious.
PK reels everyone in and is laughing at you all.
His guess work is genius and when he's got egg on his face he says "yet" or "wait until Wednesday, you won't be disappointed".
Yes, he doesn't have to prove anything to anyone, which i respect, but he shouldn't go on and on about mystery phone X that he's played with teasing us all. He doesn't back anything up and only nods approvingly when a mock up appears which he likes and thinks will stir more excitement in the community.
I dunno, maybe I'm disgruntled that nothing appeared... but PK sure does sound like a teenager with a lot of free time.

Can't see anything positive about PK pulling everyone's leg on here. This guy should definitely rethink his attitude towards people.

It's not PK's fault that the next P-series wasn't announced today. He did show the X1 picture before the announcement, so I definitely think he's not a liar.

Did he? all i remember was him posting pics sourced from engadget.com. Not exactly proof of his insider knowledge.

PK sure does sound like a teenager No, he is not a teen, and he really has the "position", but this is what makes things worse. He applied an established, but improductive tactics for handling people's interest in his employer's products. He had a concept, but failed to find the correct balance between maintaining interest and satisfying curiosity. The result is many disappointed people.

just please don't expect everything must come out as they are first conceptualized, you wouldn't even know for sure if a stripped down cheaper but more stable version of "P5" would be announced later
even if it's announced as it is today, unstable, patchy, full of plastic knobs here and there, it won't change the fact that it'll most probably not be ready before Q2-3. what's the point, let samsung copy it? let the reviewers bash about how little they can try out even compared to the X1? steal the lime light from X1 and have the shareholders and ODM (oh-so-demanding mini-people ) questioning the directions of the company and commitment to the contract?
nokia learned their lession from the first E series devices, se learned it the hard way from the P990
